No. The group shares hotels and coordinated transfers, with a local host to help with arrangements. You choose how to spend your ski days and your time in Tokyo. You do not need to follow the same runs or spend every evening with the group.

No. Flights are booked and paid for separately. Our package dates and group transfers are planned around BA4608 from London Heathrow to Tokyo Haneda, operated by Japan Airlines, and BA8 back to London with British Airways. The outbound flight arrives the following day. Please confirm the current flight schedule and transfer arrangements with us before booking. Considering different flights? Contact us first so we can check how they fit with the group transfers.

An English-speaking Japanese host supports the group for all 12 days in Japan. They welcome you at the airport, check in with the group in the mornings and evenings, help with arrangements and assist with issues that come up. This is logistical support; ski instruction and on-slope guiding are not included.

Yes. Tell us your experience level when you enquire so we can help you explore suitable ski schools and lesson options. Lessons cost extra and should be arranged in advance. You ski at your own level; the holiday does not include ski instruction.

Absolutely. The prices shown include rental equipment. If you bring your own, ask us for an adjusted quote. Check your airline's baggage allowance separately.

Yes. The price tables show solo, two-person, three-person and four-person room arrangements. Children's prices depend on age, room occupancy and ski services. Send us your group details for a personalised quote.

For three guests sharing a Deluxe room, the third guest uses a sofa bed. The Family suite is a separate option for three or four guests. Your final quote confirms hotel room categories and the bedding arrangements at each destination.

You’ll spend seven nights at The Wadano in Hakuba, followed by four nights at Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa in Tokyo. Breakfast is included at both hotels. The Wadano has an on-site onsen; your Tokyo hotel has rooms with balconies, a Japanese garden and a choice of restaurants. Your quote confirms the room category and bedding at each hotel.

The dates on our departure cards include your overnight outbound flight day. Your 12 days in Japan begin the following day: 31 January, 7 February or 14 February. We plan a morning transfer from Tokyo Haneda around the group's agreed arrival flights. The exact departure time and meeting point are confirmed before travel.

Yes. Travel insurance is not included. You are responsible for arranging cover that explicitly includes the skiing or snowboarding you plan to do, as well as the other cover you need for your trip.

Conference attendance is optional and is not included in the holiday price. Evolve Japan 2027 takes place in Hakuba from 1–5 February, during our first departure. Ask us about registration, the current fee and how the programme fits with your ski days.

We check your preferred departure and room arrangement, discuss your group's needs and prepare a personalised quote. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a place or commit you to book. The final price, payment arrangements and booking terms are provided before you confirm.
